Returns and refunds for handmade items

Please note that my sewing patterns are not eligible for refunds because they are digital and cannot be returned.

If you’re not satisfied with a handmade item you have purchased, you can return the item(s), unused and in the original condition, within 30 days after receiving your order.

If you want to exchange a physical item, please return your item and then place another order through my online store.

To return a handmade item, please first email Hannah@ethicallystitched.co.uk with your order number. (If you ordered multiple items please also state which item(s) you are returning.) Please allow 2-3 working days for a response, then package and return your order to the address provided via a tracked delivery service. Returns are at the expense of the customer and Ethically Stitched is not responsible for any lost returns.

I aim to issue a refund within 3 working days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to you via the same form of payment you used to complete your purchase. Please allow time for this to arrive in your bank.
