Returns and refunds

I want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can return the item(s), unused and in the original condition, within 30 days after receiving your order.

If you want to exchange, please return your item and then place another order through my online store.

To return an item, please first email Hannah@ethicallystitched.co.uk with your order number. (If you ordered multiple items please also state which item(s) you are returning.) Please allow 2-3 working days for a response, then package and return your order to the address provided via a tracked delivery service. Returns are at the expense of the customer and Ethically Stitched is not responsible for any lost returns.

I aim to issue a refund within 3 working days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to you via the same form of payment you used to complete your purchase. Please allow time for this to arrive in your bank.

Please note: Digital gift cards can only be refunded if they have not yet been used. Partially used gift cards cannot be refunded.
